How to pick a Holiday Package?
In order to help you decide which holiday package is most suitable for you we have categorize all our products and services in a very logical order. You can choose the destination of your preference based on either the type of holiday that you are looking for (organized excursion or individual package), or search for the destination that you want to visit. Furthermore through our ‘search engine’ you can set your own budget, preferred dates that you want to travel and the destination you wish to visit. By clicking ‘search’ all related package will appear on your screen. Then you are able to choose the package you like and read its description as well as its prices.
How do I find out information about a destination?
After deciding what destination you would like to visit you just have to click either on the excursion’s name or on the photo or on the price that appears on you screen. The description of the selected excursion as well as its prices will be presented to you. Furthermore if the information that you can see in your screen is not enough you can always contact us either via e-mail or by calling us. A member of our team will be more than happy to answer any questions you might have and provide you very useful information.
How Can I Book My Holidays?
When you select your holiday package you can make a booking by either calling us or by sending an e-mail to us. Within the description of each Package there is a ‘Send Request’ button. By clicking on it a reservation form appears on your screen. All you have to do is fill that form and click ‘Send’. A member of our team will contact you within 24 Hours.
How Do I pick up My Tickets?
There are several ways of collecting your tickets. First of all you visit our offices if you want to. Another way is to send you the tickets at your house or office. Finally if you want you can receive your Tickets on-line. After paying your tickets you can receive them on your e-mail.
What should I Do if I have a Problem?
In case that you have a problem while you are on Holidays, you can get our support by conducting our offices in Cyprus. In addition in all the countries in which we are organizing our Holiday Packages we have our own representatives. Therefore you can contact them and ask for their help and/or assistance. In case that you face a problem during an organized tour, you can get help from the Group Leader that will be with you.
